Welcome back to Podvocacy!

This week Jason and David take a cue from their friends/fellow members of the Soon to Be Named Network, Joe (Joe? Joe) and Todd from Longbox Heroes, and run down their individual rankings of the constituent films that make up the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

We also report some breaking news (as of the time we recorded the show), that the Inhumans will not be getting a movie, but a tv series starting next season. What does this mean for Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.? We don’t know, but that won’t stop us from speculating.

We talk about the most recent episode of Gotham, and David talks about last week’s episode of Lucha Underground, and some other developments in the world of wrestling. (Not Joey Styles.)

Thanks for listening!

  • – Jason has the patent on non-excitement
    – I’m glad you covered that Inhumans story. I have it for this week’s notes, but didn’t want to read it
    – I think it would behoove them to keep the Inhumans and Agents of SHIELD shows separate
    – X-23 “books like that” not sure what that means
    – I’m glad I heard the exact moment David pieced together Jason’s ‘Joey’ references
    – I’m sure someone’s father will enjoy those shirts very much for their birthday
    – whether Prince Puma has power over death hinges on when Hashtag Paul offers him a contract
    – it’s Fantasy Warfare Come To Life! in the WWE!

  • – I almost asked him what the patent number was…
    – Glad to be of service.
    – I’m just not sure they have another year of stories in them for the Agents.
    – I’m not sure either, but I wasn’t ready to explore what he meant.
    – Yeah, I felt really dumb that I hadn’t gotten it before then.
    – I hope so.
    – Well, since this season is already shot, I figure they’ve got some leeway.
    – Ugh. #JoinTheConversation
